Terms and Conditions

By adding your credit card to your profile, you acknowledge and agree that the full amount of your tee time reservation will be automatically charged to your card on the day of play. Your credit card information will be securely stored in accordance with PCI compliance standards.

No-show Policy: If you fail to cancel your tee time at least 24 hours before your scheduled play time, or if you do not show up for your reserved tee time, your credit card will still be charged the full amount.

Cancellation: To avoid charges, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tee time.

Weather Policy: In the event of course closure due to inclement weather, your card will not be charged. However, light rain or unfavorable conditions that do not result in course closure will not qualify for a refund.
